As the former Chief Development Officer at Biotricity Inc., he led the development of FDA-cleared wearable medical devices for a cardiac monitoring AI solution.  

Prior to that, he served as CEO of AT Labs Inc., where he pioneered the development of zero-footprint network devices that transformed centralized application interactions. The product provided a low cost of ownership and gained widespread adoption in healthcare, government, enterprise and retail sectors.

Director of Program Management

Anthony has 30 years of medical device development expertise and a background in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

He has managed software teams and the development of cardioverter defibrillators, neurostimulators, and other medical devices in different companies.  

As Head of R&D at Topcon Medical Laser Systems, Anthony launched multiple photocoagulator products in both domestic and international markets. He has had an impressive career working in companies like Abbott Laboratories, Boston Scientific, St. Jude Medical, Texas Instruments, and Covidien. While at these companies, Anthony served in different positions, leading innovative and high-quality products delivery.  

Anthony's management and engineering roles focused on software and firmware development and testing projects. His expertise extends to automated test equipment development, GPU-based accelerated computing in image processing and autonomous vehicle firmware design.

Since 2014, his contributions have advanced the development of Class II Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and healthcare applications across various US and Canadian companies.  

He oversees capturing user needs, project requirements, risk management, and regulatory compliance, such as IEC 62304, HIPAA, GDPR and ISO 13485.  

Leveraging his Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications and technical background in programming languages, databases, cloud platforms and operating systems, he navigates complex projects with precision and creativity.

AI Team Leader

Dat is an AI R&D expert with over a decade of experience in the medical and smart automation sectors, with an impeccable track record of translating complex concepts into innovative solutions.

His expertise in machine learning, cloud computing, and embedded development drives his specialization in analyzing time series and 2D data with advanced ML technologies.  

Since 2014, he has led the implementation of cutting-edge classification and prediction models while optimizing for efficiency and scalability.  

Dat focuses on using advanced machine learning technologies including SVM, Random Forest, Neural Networks (CNN/LSTM), and TinyML for analyzing ECG, EEG, heart rate, motion, photos, and videos.

With an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication, Dat has showcased his expertise through projects like DSP-based Hand Gesture Recognition and smart microscope development.

Embedded Software Team Leader

Triet brings a decade of expertise in embedded software development to his role. As a team lead, he excels at overseeing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IoT and medical-grade product development.

Triet's technical proficiency includes multiple programming languages and operating systems and expertise in RTOS, microcontroller architectures, FPGA, and wireless technologies.  

Some of his technology stack expertise includes C/C++, RUST, C#, Java, VHFL, Windows, Linux, ThreadX, ARM Cortex, PIC, LTE Cat-M1 and Bluetooth/BLE.  

He has led teams in the US to develop and deploy embedded software for Class II and III medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.  

Triet's role is essential in setting software requirements, offering technical product development guidance and delivering high-quality embedded software that meets stringent industry standards.  

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has completed professional training in Scrum, IEC 62304 medical device software development, and secure embedded systems development.

Hardware Team Leader

Quyen specializes in designing IoT devices for the industrial and healthcare sectors. He leads the hardware development team, bringing over a decade of expertise in PCB design and integration of Design for Manufacturing principles to ensure efficiency.

Quyen holds a BS in electronics and telecommunications from the University of Science, Vietnam National University.  

He is proficient in designing multi-layer PCBs, high-speed and mixed signal PCB layouts, and wireless and  antenna designs using CAD tools like Altium Designer.  

Notably, he contributed massively to the development of Class II Medical IoT devices in California. His role included ensuring safety compliance with IEC 60601-1 and optimizing designs for manufacturability.  

In Berlin, Quyen worked on wearable tracker projects, designing a PCB integrating digital, analog and wireless while emphasizing DFM principles for smoother manufacturing processes.
